Our products are often spiritually personalized or made-to-order, which influences our return guidelines.

• Spiritual Products: Items that have undergone a "Sankalpa" in the devotee's name or purification in Ma Ganga are non-returnable due to their personalized spiritual nature.

   

• Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to be eligible for a replacement.

   

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
